Just in time for the Labor Day weekend.
Hirsch’s has just acquired Citrus, Birch, Almond, White Oak and Alder. Along with our other varieties, we now boast 18 types of woods for your smoking needs!

Come Wine with us! This Saturday, Sept. 4, Corner Wines will be here from noon until 2pm sampling some of their hard to find exceptional, small boutique winery wines. I bet you’ll find something to pair up with your Labor Day grilled meats from Hirsch’s.

½ cup water
1/3 cup light soy sauce
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 pork loin chops

In deep bowl mix all ingredients. Marinate at least 2 hours. Remove from marinade and cook over med-high on grill. After 2 minutes grilling on each side, rotate chops. Turn over when juices pool on upper surface and meat appears to be cooked half-way through.

Grilling should be no more than 15 minutes or until done. Do not over grill, chops will become tough.
