BBQ SMOKED PULLED PORK

Ingredients:

8-10 lbs. Bone-In Pork Shoulder Roast

¼ cup BBQ Rub

½ bottle BBQ Sauce

Directions:

Rub pork shoulder roast with BBQ Rub.  Let rub marinate on the meat for 4 to 24 hours before cooking.

Placein smoker for 10 to 12 hours or until internal temperature reaches 195degrees F.  Bone should slide out of the meat easily.

Let the pork rest for at least 1 hour in a cooler.

Transferpork to a cutting board; shred using your hands, removing any largepieces of fat.  Add in 2 tablespoons rub and ½ bottle of BBQ sauce in tothe pork.
